Find a private place to perform the ritual (Bathroom) with enough water. Make your intention (Niyah) in your heart, Say Bismillah, Wash both hands thrice (starting with the right hand), Wash the private part with water, Make wudhu (same as for salah), Wash your head thrice ensuring water touches your scalp (start from the right side and then to the left and finish in the middle), Wash ur entire body (pouring water generously on yourself), Move an inch away from the place of bath and wash your feet, Dry the body and dress up. Follow this steps and u are cleansed and ready to pray your salah.
